The majority of restaurants are located all over Vancouver (Downtown, Kits, Main Street, Commercial Drive, East Van etc). You'll find many more featured restaurants all over the lower mainland in North Vancouver, UBC, Burnaby, New West, Tri-Cities, Langley and Surrey.
